In 1 week (7 days) there are 168 hours. Of those, 56 are occupied by sleeping (@8/night) for a total of (168-56=)112 waking hours per week. In our SUMMER CHALLENGE we are going to dedicate 3 of those 112 hours per week to staying consistent at the gym. Because what we do in these 4 walls is one of the BEST habits to keep during the summer.
We know CONSISTENCY IS KING.
THE RULES
1. Sign up
2. Come to ANY of our classes 3x a week for the duration of the game
3. Put a sticker on the chart by your name after class
The Prize
ALL participants that complete the challenge receive a CrossFit Seward T or Tank with our bear paw logo and #consistency on it:)
