Class cancellations must be made 1 hour prior to the start of a reserved class. This will give us sufficient time to notify our waiting list. If you do not attend or cancel within 1 hour of start time, you will be fully charged for the class.
Cancellations must be made through our online reservation system or smartphone app for Apple or Android devices. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail or phone.
Members and unlimited pass holders may have their online booking privileges suspended if they do not attend or late cancel twice in a two week period.
Beyond the above stated,
class passes and memberships are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-sharable, and non-transferable to another person. They are subject to limits of time. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.
